A commissioned notary public will travel to your specific location and provide you with the professional service that you deserve.
Appointments are booked in 30-minute intervals, with a 15-minute grace period.
Depending on the documents and location, ADD-ONs may apply.
LOAN SIGNING SERVICES
Starting at $135.00:
We work closely with attorneys, title and closing companies to assist them with processing all the mandatory documents required to close mortgage loans and real estate transactions for their important clients.
All Brooklyn Mobile Signatures’ notary publics are certified with the National Notary Association for loan signing and have additional E&O insurance.
APOSTILLE SERVICES
Starting at $150.00:
Documents intended for use in other countries need a specific certification to verify their authenticity. This process is called an apostille or, legalization depending on the country of intent.
At Brooklyn Mobile Signatures we handle the entire process on your behalf.
Depending on the number of documents, origination of documents, and country of intent - ADD-ONs may apply.
